Alright so this is my first recipe on the website and ofcourse I have to start off with some coffee (i know we all hoped for eggs, don’t worry that’ll be next ;)). I’ll be honest, Frapuccinno is definitely a fun drink i used to love, but sadly the only place that ever did a good job at it was Starbucks and i started boycotting Starbucks decades ago and stopped having this crazy sweet and calorie filled diabetes in a cup (Drama). So i guess its a good thing i started boycotting them since i stopped drinking 1,000 calories in a sitting AND making it home really allows you to control what goes in it and how much of it goes in it. I guess you can order iced latte style drinks at coffee shops but a lot of them don’t crush the ice or they don’t have a healthy sweetener option so i do end up drinking them as is which is probably better, but we do want to go the extra mile sometimes, especially during girl night ins ( my favorite kind of party).

So before i get into my life story lets make some Healthy clean Frappuccino!!

What you’ll need:

  1.  1 – 2 cups of strong brewed coffee or espresso (chilled)
  2. 1 cup whole milk (more To Taste)
  3. 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. whipped cream (optional)


Add coffee, milk, Maple syrup, and vanilla to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy. Serve in a glass with whipped cream on top.
